Sessions on the River is housed in the old Parkway Movie Theatre. The studio features large tracking rooms, along with a spacious control room. Nothing was left out as the studio was built to sound industry standards. You will feel right at home at Sessions with friendly staff and comfortable surroundings. We have a cozy lounge out front where you can take a break from the recording process.
Mixing
Audio mixing is the process by which multiple sounds are combined into one or more channels. In the process the source signals' level, frequency content, dynamics, and panorramic position are manipulated and effects such as reverb may be added. This practical, aesthetic, or otherwise creative treatment is done in order to produce a mix that is more appealing to listeners
Mastering
Mastering is the final step of the audio post-production. The purpose of mastering is to balance sonic elements of a stereo mix and optimize playback across all systems and media formats. Traditionally, mastering is done using tools like equialization, compression, limiting and stereo enhancement.
